An event dedicated to Health Day was held at our college. This day became a great opportunity to remind students about the importance of an active lifestyle, proper nutrition, and taking care of their physical and mental health.
The program of the event included sports competitions and themed contests. Students participated with enthusiasm, demonstrating not only their physical fitness but also team spirit, mutual support, and a desire to win.
Special attention was paid to promoting healthy habits. As part of Health Day, educational talks and interactive activities were held, aimed at developing a responsible attitude toward one’s health.
The event took place in a friendly and positive atmosphere, giving all participants a boost of energy, good mood, and inspiration for new achievements. Health Day once again proved that health is the most important value that must be protected and strengthened every day.
