“THE ROLE OF A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN DIAGNOSTICS,
TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF DISEASES”
On April 28, 2026, a student scientific and practical conference “The role of a medical professional in
the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases” was held at Temirtau Higher Medical College, where students presented the results of scientific research.
11 reports of students of the specialties “Nursing”, qualification “Applied Bachelor”, “Nursing”, qualification “General nurse”, “Medical practice”, “Pharmacy” were heard. Most of the presented reports had a research component and a practical orientation, which contributed to the development of creative thinking among students, the formation of skills and independent work skills.
Sofia Ryspaeva, a student of the LD 259 group, and Alina Zakharova, a student of the SD 259B group, (scientific supervisor – A.A. Mitrushov), as well as Diana Babayeva and Kadyrbaeva Zarina, students of the SD249 group (scientific supervisor – S.L. Karabalin), for their work “Research on the effects of dependence on the opinions of others on the quality of life and health” were awarded a diploma of the 3rd degree.
Students of the LD249 group Alina Smirnova and Regina Gorchakova (scientific supervisors B.K. Kyzylbayeva and B.B. Akhanova) were awarded a diploma of the 2nd degree for their work “The use of energy drinks among young people and their impact on health”, as well as a student of the PB-2023 group Sofya Marchenkova (scientific supervisor E.V. Namneva).;
Abishov Mukhammed, a student of SD249B group (scientific supervisor V.R. Yumaeva), was awarded the 1st degree diploma for his impeccable work “Digital fatigue in the educational environment: impact on the cognitive and emotional state of the youth of Temirtau”.

All students who participated in the conference were awarded certificates of the conference participant.
